Thank you for your interest in one of our “Heavenly Puppies”. My husband and I are private breeders. For several years we have raised all of our puppies in our home. We have lived in Phenix City, Alabama all of our lives. We are blessed with an opportunity to enjoy and share our love of God and animals with others. We have Yorkshire Terrier, Yorkiepoo, Maltese, Maltipoo and Chihuahua Champion Bloodlines and all of our pet breeders are good quality.  We are state licensed and recommended by area Veterinarians. Our Puppy Nursery inside our home has been AKC inspected and approved. Our puppies are raised in a very clean environment. All of the dogs I breed are housed indoors, they are groomed and have regular health care given to them, they are not just “breeder dogs” they are our babies and are part of our family.  Our goal is to produce 1st quality socialized puppies for loving pet homes. The puppies offered for sale on this web site are being represented as pet quality only. We do not sell to brokers, pet shops or puppy mills. We strive to breed only the best! We do not provide stud service. All Heavenly Puppies sold are registered with  (AKC,ABKC, or CKC upon request) only unless otherwise stated in writing.  We can ship within the USA to most major airports. We have a lot of information on our website. We provide all needed shots, wormings, and all needed care prior to providing the pups to their new owners.  We use a comprehensive Vet supervised Vaccine and worming program and special care is given to each individual puppy.

Anyone who purchases a puppy from us under false pretences will cause any warranties listed in our Purchase -Deposit Contract to be VOID.

Please no Puppy Mills, Brokers or Pet shops ! We are looking for special loving homes only for our puppy angels!  If you feel that you can provide a loving home and a good environment for one of our “HEAVENLY PUPPIES” and you understand the commitment and responsibility required to own a pet, then please contact us so we can make the arrangements for you. If you decide to place a deposit to hold a specific puppy click on the Purchase/Deposit Contract print the form fill it out sing and date it then Fax it to us at 1-888-879-8995 along with your e-mail and phone number and we will contact you to obtain the deposit. The minimum deposit is based on the total price of the puppy you choose to adopt. If a partial deposit is accepted by the seller then the balance of the partial deposit must be paid within 10 business days or the partial deposit will be lost and the puppy will be relisted within 24 hours.  The balance due for any puppy placed on hold must be paid in full by the time the puppy is 10 weeks old. Deposits are non-refundable and non- transferable. If the buyer cancels the sale for any reason approved of by the seller: any payments made over the required deposit amount may be used as credit toward the purchase of another puppy within 30 days of the date of the signed contract. After 30 days, if no puppy is purchased from us, then all payments made will be lost. No cash refunds will be made unless sale is cancelled by the seller.
