SHIPPING If an air flight is needed to get your puppy to you, we have found 2 major air carriers that offer safe, temperature acclimated flights to most airports within the USA. We currently use Delta & Continental Airlines. We are sorry but due to quarantine restrictions we cannot ship to Hawaii. We will not ship to Alaska unless it is an older & larger puppy as the flights are just too long for a tiny puppy. The puppy will fly on the best airline available which takes into consideration the quickest flight to get your puppy to you. We also determine the best airline to use based on the season of the year and flight schedules offered. The airlines used are only those that are customized to transporting live cargo with special facilities to maintain the well-being of your puppy. We have set aside certain scheduled days each month as our shipping days. Some exceptions would include holidays or extreme weather conditions. Once your puppy has left us, the airlines will be in contact with you if any changes occur during your puppy’s flight. Please understand that each airline as well as federal agencies has their own set of regulations which we must comply with. So, please be advised that we will do our very best to make sure your puppy comes on the flight time and date that we have given you. There are circumstances that are beyond our control such as: weather conditions, airplane mechanical problems or flight delays for scheduling reasons. There are so many factors that go into making the trip a successful flight for your puppy. We ask that you please have patience if Mother Nature or flight schedules are not lining up to get your puppy to you as expected. First and foremost your puppy's well-being will be our major concern! We request that you list 2 (two) major airports on the purchase/deposit contract that are the closest to your location. Your 1st choice will be the airport that we will try to use; however, the 2nd choice of airport will be the alternative if for some reason we cannot get accommodations through the airport you first chose. Extremely hot temperatures or extremely cold temperatures, along with other situations may cause us to utilize whichever flight pattern will be best for the puppy. We ask that you begin to make provisions for either airport you have selected, so that complications do not arise at the time your puppy is ready to GO. Please remember, our first concern will be for your puppy, we hope you will also trust our judgment in selecting the best flight for your puppy.
